What Miro AI includes
Limited AI on Free, fuller AI Workflows on the Business plan.
A feature set, not a separate product
Miro AI is Miro's name for assistance inside a Miro board: generating or clustering sticky notes, and, on higher plans, AI Workflows. People search 'miroai' for this. It is not a separate whiteboard. You need a Miro account, and what you can run depends on the plan.
Miro's Free plan help says Free includes limited Miro AI, and that full AI Workflows, including Sidekicks and Flows, require a Business plan. The same help note says Free has limited Sidekick access and a small Flows allowance, and that Free and Starter both stop short of the full workflow set. A 14-day Business trial is how Miro suggests trying the rest. Treat those limits as something to re-read, because allowances move. Prices for the plans are on the Miro pricing page.
What to still do yourself
Clustering notes by machine is a faster first pass of an affinity chart. Someone still has to name the cluster and throw out a note that does not belong. A generated list is a brainstorm input, not the keep list. If the lesson is that students form the groups, turning on clustering skips the lesson. Use it when the notes are already gathered and the scarce resource is time, and say so in the room.
